Event Babes is the best planner out there!
Working in event planning myself and always feeling the need to be “in control,” it was important for me to find a reliable and trust worthy planner for our wedding. We were already on a tight timeline and I had specific needs, so it was a miracle when I came across Event Babes’ Facebook page and website. Shortly after sending an inquiry, I received a message from Madison about setting up a time to call and see if we would be a good fit for each other. She listened closely and asked questions to be sure we were on the same page. Although I only hired Event Babes for the day of coordinating, Madison checked in monthly, and in some cases, weekly, leading up to the wedding to see if I had questions or needed assistance. She offered resources and guidance through the entire process. She handled everything so seamlessly the week and day of the wedding. Madison’s genuine happiness for wedding coordinating shines through and her calming demeanor makes her a pleasure to work with. My husband and I both agree that she was instrumental in making our day so special.

From the start, Madison was extremely professional, communicative, and organized. After a phone call and a meeting at our venue the month of, we KNEW we were in great hands! Madison Cody is incredibly kind, attentive, organized and has a calming presence, which is a plus especially when planning a wedding! She knows all of the right vendors and I'm pretty sure can make anything party/celebration-related happen. I was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding and not worry about the little details that can stress a bride out. I had someone making sure things happened at the right place, the right time, and making sure things were set out and picked up. When one of my bridesmaids mentioned she wished she had some gum/mint before the ceremony, Madison was right there with her kit offering us gum/mints. I can’t say enough good things about what a joy it was to work with Madison on our wedding!
